Our Law Office was founded in 1992. Besides the Czech language, we conduct business in English, German, Spanish, and Danish. Our clients range from businesses (both corporations and natural persons) and ordinary citizens - from the Czech Republic as well as from abroad, to Czech administration bodies and NGOs.

We place crucial emphasis on personalized approach and attention to our clients. Our credo is to give our client sufficient time, respect their opinions concerning the subject matter of the case, and to create an atmosphere of mutual trust. Our approach to clients is of utmost professionalism. We keep our client informed about any recent developments and all of our clients' comments and suggestions are given a lot of attention and are studied with great care.

Our services begin with legal consulting, i.e. during the initial appointment with our client we propose a solution to his problem and explain all potential issues and risks related to the case. Having in mind the average duration of a trial in the Czech Republic, we try to avoid them by means of / via extrajudicial mediation and settlement.

We conduct our business while strictly adhering to the Bar Regulations, especially the commitment to maintain confidentiality in all concerns related to our client's case. We handle trials in a pragmatic and efficient way, and in all issues we proceed so as to resolve the matter to our client's advantage and satisfaction.

In our activities, we cooperate with a number of real estate agencies, with foreign law offices and with a tax advisor.
